I know you didn't make the original post. I find it amusing that just building on missiles will make for an invulnerable base. My next project is going to be a pair of twin towers built on the giant missiles at a missile base - the red bits float without supports, so they are impregnable if you clear the space around them. My project this last weekend was building a massive bridge over the 'narrow' point (1.2 km) of a lake that leads to the bunker on a stick with a solar powered bunker on either end - took about 25k concrete mix and untold piles of rebar.
If you orient hatches vertically, you can open them to repair during a horde night, and the blades take care of everything.) The friend i've been playing with mainly has named this one 'bunker on a stick' (Its on a 8-10 or so tall pillar - I dug down to build this / put blade traps on the bottom. OH yes - I just did this sort of thing yesterday - I've been building remote bases around my friends' primary for town looting - small self-contained bases that have all production supplies / etc, and tons of storage. Just make sure to copy a backup of the original in case you F it up like I always do. "JasonGroup" appears to have a Jason Zombie that may be planned for a later version? The "entitygroup" is the mixed bag of zombies for that particular time of day and biome found in the entitygroup.xml file. You can also modify the wandering hordes further down the page. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm assuming you just change the "maxcount" number. I haven't done it, but it should be really easy to do with an edit to the spawning.xml file (inside the 7d2d package, in the data / config folder).
